General Info

Charles F. Greene Homes is a seven story, hi-rise complex equipped with elevator access on the third through seventh floors. The first floor units are townhouses that have second floor bedrooms. There are five buildings comprised of 268 units. 

Pets: No dogs (except service animals). Cats, birds, fish, etc. allowed.

Utilities: All residents are responsible to pay for their own electric and gas bills. Heat, hot water and cooking gas are included in rent.

Laundry: Newly renovated coin operated facility
Parking: Parking is available behind each building. 
Mail: Mail pick-ups are located in a designated on-site mailroom. 
Garbage: Garbage disposal compactors are located inside each building.

Basketball Courts
Playground in center courtyard

Bus: The bus stop is adjacent to the complex on Washington Avenue.
