Harborview Towers has 231 one-bedroom units designated for seniors and individuals with disabilities. As the name indicates, the 12 and 13-story buildings have harbor views, as well as a large community center for meal programs and recreational activities.

Site Amenities and Activities:
Along with the community room, Harborview Towers has a laundry facility, on-site medical clinic and 24-hour security. Site activities include spring clean-ups and gardening.

Modernization Plans:
At HArborview, like Fireside, BHA will be reinforcing its commitment to provide unit accommodations to the elderly disabled population through the Section 504 program. Through the Section 504 program, Harborview residents will be able to access unit amenities such as lower kitchen cabinets, lavatories and water closets as well as to grab bars positioned throughout shower stalls to name a few. Exterior upgrades planned for the property will include the renovation of the front entrance drive and walkway to accommodate a more functional and attractive design. Security upgrades relative to structures such as increased site lighting and camera systems will also contribute to an enhanced quality of life for Harborview residents. Elevator cabs as well as exterior parking lot upgrades will also occur over time.
