Marina Village is a family complex located near Seaside Park in Bridgeport's South End. The site has thirty-eight 2-story brick apartment buildings with a total of 405 units.

Site Amenities and Activities: Marina's new playground and outdoor basketball courts, give kids of all ages a great place to play. The Unique and Unified Afterschool Program, located in Marina's own community room offers homework assistance, reading programs and tutoring from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Marina also has an on-site clinic run by Southwest Community Health Center, Inc.

Modernization Plans:
In an effort to the quality of life for the residents of Marina Village, the Housing Authority plans to initiate a series of comprehensive physical improvement projects relative to the replacement of roofs, perimeter sidewalks, interior parking lots, and the upgrading of existing lighting and security features throughout the property.
