Marina Village
General Info
Marina Village is a two-story, row-house family complex located near Seaside Park in Bridgeport's South End. The site is comprised of first and second floor units with private entrances that are accessed from the front courtyard or rear door. There are no elevators. There are 37 buildings in the complex with 389 units on-line, one of which is fully accessible for the disabled.

Utilities:
All residents are responsible to pay for their own electric. Heat, hot water and cooking gas are included in rent.
Laundry: Washer/Dryer hook-ups are provided in units
Parking: Parking is available outside each building in parking lots.
Mail:Mail is delivered directly to each unit.
Garbage:Garbage dumpsters are located outside each building.

The Unique and Unified Afterschool Program, located in the South Avenue community room offers homework assistance, reading programs and tutoring from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
