Situated in the North End of Bridgeport, Trumbull Gardens has 55 two-story frame and brick veneer townhouses with a total of 274 units, and two 8-story high-rise towers (Building 10 and 11) each with 64 units.

Building 11: No dogs except service animals

High-rise

Utilities: All residents are responsible to pay for their own electric bills. 
Laundry: On-site coin operated facilities
Parking: Parking is available outside each building in parking lots.
Mail:Mail pick-ups are located in a designated mailroom within the buildings.
Garbage:arbage disposal compactors are located on each floor. 

Townhouses

Utilities: All residents are responsible to pay for their own electric and gas bills (for cooking only).  
Laundry: Washer and dryer hook-ups are provided in each unit. 
Parking: Parking is available outside each building in parking lots.
Mail: The mailroom is located within the complex.
Garbage:Garbage dumpsters are located in designated areas.

As home of the Citywide Youth Center (CYC), the onsite Trumbull Gardens Multipurpose Center offers educational and recreational activities for youth including afterschool programs, summer activities, athletic leagues and more. The Multipurpose Center also hosts BHA’s SUNsational Summer Camp and other events such as job fairs.
