Site Amenities and Activities: Trumbull Gardens resources include the Trumbull Gardens Multipurpose Center, which offers educational and recreational activities for youth, daycare, and special events such as job fairs and motivational speakers. Outdoors, Trumbull Gardens offers new outdoor basketball courts and the W.L. Phillips Little League Baseball Field. Trumbull Gardens is convenient to bus lines and has an on-site laundry facility. |

Modernization Plans:
For the residents of Trumbull Gardens, the Housing Authority plans to complement recent improvements to the existing roofing systems, by initiating comprehensive upgrades to the site landscaping. Modernization efforts such as the installation of perimeter fencing and trees along Trumbull Avenue, as well as the installation of a toddler play area in front of the existing management office, will be coupled with upgrades to the existing playground adjacent to the Community Center. Recent improvements to the development relative to the renovation of the existing exterior basketball courts will be complimented by the installation of a new picnic/gathering area and water shower area. With continued cooperation between the Authority and the residents, the future looks bright for Trumbull Gardens. |
