Reminder: New Rent Payment Methods
As you know, budget cuts have led to the recent closing of BHA’s rent collection window. All residents have been notified of this change and informed of the new payment methods. When mailing rent payments please note:
- Do not mail rent payments to BHA at 150 Highland Ave.
- Mail rent payments to Hartford address found on the envelope in your statement
- Checks or money orders must be filled out completely with the correct payment amount
- Tear off the bottom portion of your statement and send it with your completed check or money order
- Please follow these steps carefully. Returns to BHA will be subject to reprocessing fees.
