Resident Associations meet once a month at each family development. Program Size: All residents are encouraged to participate. Participation will improve the quality of life for yourself and all residents. Proactive and productive resident associations are also a critical piece to BHA’s mission. Eligible Participants: All head of households (any age) or residents at least 18 years of age and whose name appears on a lease for the public housing complex that the resident association represents.
